Overview:
Employee in this role will deliver proactive support of HR programs, processes, and policies by providing quality real-time solutions to inquiries and requests.
Job description:
- Provides front-line support for assigned country or countries for all HR queries.
- Partners with Country HR team to ensure proper execution for all issues and queries raised.
- Identifies possible new solutions for inclusion in the Solutions Library and makes recommendations to Knowledge Management team.
- Utilizes on-line, phone, e-mail, and chat tools to provide solutions to the employees.
- Escalates HR queries that cannot be resolved on-site.
- Identifies opportunities to improve HR services, policies or procedures to improve the Team Member experience.
- Participates in local and international projects to drive improvements in HR operations and Team member experience.
- Handles employee matters applying Polish legislation laws.
- Coordinates on-site healthcare packages of employees.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree, preferably in HR Management or relevant studies
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent knowledge of Polish labour Law
- Excellent advisory and counseling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and native language. Additional language capabilities an advantage
- Local and remote networking skills.
- Excellent analytical, research and problem solving skills.
- Ability to navigate virtual and life help-desks
