Our Client is a global producer and distributor of polymers, which delivers the innovative solutions to the market. Due to further growth in the region and extending its sales structure, our Client is recruiting the position of Account Manager who would be responsible for developing sales for color and additive concentrates, covering the territory of Southern Poland.
- Responsible for the overall management of sales activities, marketing and business development within the territory
- Build the strategy and manage sales cycle to ensure consistent growth and realize ambitious sales plans
- Develop new and maintain existing relationships with key accounts and OEM's partners
- Create sales opportunities thought market and competitors analysis (trends, prices)
- Maintain a high level know-how of products and solutions
- Conduct application trainings to customers and partners
- Implement company marketing strategies
- Chemistry degree
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales environment in Plastic sector
- Excellent business understanding with an ability to influence the business at all levels
- Demonstrate a successful track record of achievement in senior management
- Ability to deal with major customers also in technical advisory aspect
- Entrepreneurial approach to ensure consistent revenue and profit delivery
- Planning and organization skills with hands-on mentality.
- Very good English skills.
