Global Services, GS GSD P&A Tools & Automation department is looking for an ASP.NET MVC Developer for Radio Access Network optimization tool development. You will be responsible for development of web applications for NPO service delivery (Network Planning and Optimisation), i.e. tools used by NPO project teams in Regions supporting NSN customers around the globe. You will be involved in all steps of system development: from gathering and analysis of requirements, through design and implementation of application and its web interface to customer support in web interface related issues. You will have a unique chance to have a real impact on the tool architecture, shape & features. You will be working in/with a small agile team in Wroclaw and cooperating with other global teams of GS GSD P&A Tools & Automation in other countries.
- Identification of customers’ requirements
- Design, implementation, testing and maintenance of the web application
- Maintaining WinForms applications
- Creation of development documentation using MS Word and MediaWiki
Must have:
- M.Sc, B.Sc or equivalent degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications (or similar) with strong SW development background
- Strong background in software engineering (OOD/OOP), client-server architecture
- Deep understanding, knowledge and experience of software design patterns
- Good knowledge of .NET 4.5 Framework and C# language
- Good knowledge of ASP.NET and ASP.NET MVC 4 with Razor syntax
- Good knowledge of HTML 5 and CSS 3
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery Framework
- Knowledge of WCF Services
- Experience in creating WinForms applications
- Knowledge about interfacing databases (SQL, ...)
- Experience with requirement engineering for SW products development
- Fluent written and spoken/conversational English is a must
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of DevExpress components will be strong advantage
