For our Client, new established Shared Service Center in Poznań, we are looking for candidates for the position of: BI Reporting Lead.
As a Reporting Team Lead you will:
- Build, implement and run the reporting factory
- Give guidance for employees within the area of reporting using the best practices, models, tools etc.
- Manage the reporting factory in accordance with the strategic goals
- Be responsible for managing of troubleshooting and promoting problems resolution
- Coordinate the first level support for user questions
- Be responsibe for processing and realization of Change Requests (CR) with reporting requirements
- Create, validate and distribute standard reports and ad-hoc queries
- Track the completeness of data and the commenting process
- Team Management
Requirements:
The knowledge & experience expected from you:
- A few years of experience in reporting processes as well as supervisory or management experience
- Reporting tools and reporting methodology (e.g. style guides, best practice reporting)
- SAP reporting tools with options such as: SAC, Web Intelligence and Business Objects Analysis for Office
- SAP Business Warehouse (understanding query design, data modelling options)
- Enterprise Data Warehouse concepts
- Authorization concepts (influence on report usage)
- Visualization options in dashboards
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate people
- Understanding of end-to-end business processes
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
