We are the International Group of companies based in Europe. Our Group is presented in Central Europe and unites 15 different companies. We have our own call-center in Romania, representative offices in Cyprus and Bulgaria. We have freelance remote calls centers in different parts of Europe.


We have developed exclusive cosmetic products from natural ingredients (premium segment) which are produced in the EU and are fully certified in accordance with EU standards. Now in the line there are 6 products that are successfully delivered to customers in 15 European countries. "Next day delivery" is provided by the leaders of European courier service. We are planning enlarge the line of products by the end of 2019 as well as we are developing new types of products in "food" and "beauty" lines.

Call center operator / sales specialist, Polish native level

Location: kujawsko-pomorskie

 

Job description

  • Direct sales by phone, B2C  (no cold calls, no customers' searching);
  • Set a contact with potential clients via phone;
  • Identify key needs of clients;
  • Product sale consulting;
  • Confirmation of the clients’ orders;
  • Work with objections; 
  • Resale, work with customer base;
  • Work in CRM (CRM training is provided if needed)

Requirements

  • Native Polish is a must;
  • English skills will be an advantage;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Experience in telephone/call center sales  will be an advantage;
  • Experience in call center sales of natural products will be an advantage;
  • Bluetooth headphones
