Managing financial aspects of the operations in order to guarantee and optimize the plant’s financial performance and competitiveness

Keeping very good relation with Bank – management, evaluation and negotiation of the financing contracts

Ensuring the budget control of the plant
-
Identifying and analyzing the variances between the forecasted and actual results
-
Determining and ensuring the follow-up on raw materials and monitor the margins on goods sold

Validating the economic justification of investments and ensure their follow-up
-
Developing plant budgets and associated forecasts and plant reporting in accordance with Polish standards
-
Proposing and supporting suggestions when decisions committing the plan are made
-
Participating in the development of action plans and ensure their financial evaluation and follow-up
-
Controlling the plant’s operating cash flow, especially investment cash flow and accounts, receivables, payables and inventories, treasury management

Managing financial team

Being responsible for internal audit

Economical education
-
Experience in finance/controlling at last 7 years (preferably in plant environment)

Experience in managing team at least 2 years
-
Fluent English, Russian or German would be an advantage

Goal oriented, stress resistant, creative, trustworthy and strong personality

Experience of working in multi-national company

Excellent skills in MS-Excel, SAP ERP /SAP ECC 6.0

Experience in project and cost center controlling and financial planning

Understanding of product development and project management processes

Open to travel to Slovakia on monthly base /during incorporation phase/
