Cost Controller

- Providing guidance to 3 production sites (one factory in Poland and 2 factories in Switzerland),
- Monitoring of the investments and expenses (drawing-up and follow-up of the budgets),
- Variances analysis of the production orders and participation in the implementation of corrective actions,
- Prepare cyclical financial and business reports for management purposes,
- Maintenance of the cost system, and measurement campaigns of process time, labor, energy consumption in order to improve it,
- Analysis of the P&L,
- Monthly inventory valuation,
- Cooperation with other internal departments in the company

- Master degree with experience in Industrial Management Accounting (agro- food industry is a plus),
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance as Financial Controller in a manufacturing company,
- Experience in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, financial analysis and the ability to correct interpretation of the data,
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations on business issues,
- Strong result-oriented culture in order to meet deadlines,
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good knowledge of Polish, English and German
