Our client is a major multinational company, and a leader in the consumer packaging manufacturing industry. As a result of continuous growth of their production and distribution operations in Poland they are looking to recruit a strong candidate for the position of Country HR Manager. The selected candidate will play a key role in implementing and managing the full scope of HR processes in Poland.
- Manage and optimize HR activities in Poland including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, coaching and development, performance and career management, internal communication, and social responsibility - Lead, coach and develop the local HR team - Act as business partner to support local management to support the business objectives and needs - Ensure all group and local HR administrative and legal requirement are fulfilled - Work with labor groups to ensure proper employee/management relations - Support organization of local events - Implement group corporate projects to improve HR policies and procedures
- University degree in HR management or related field - At least 6 years of professional experience in HR, including at least 3 years as a manager - Experience in a multinational manufacturing company is required - Proven ability to lead and manage people - Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills - Global mindset and ability to operate in a multicultural environment - Strong knowledge of local Polish labor laws and regulations - Fluent Poland and English required
