Our client is a used car parts website that is changing the market and consumer habits by bringing the sale of used parts to the online space.

We are currently looking for Country Manager that would help successfully expand the company's business and sales to Poland. If you think that your ideas, experience and competencies can contribute to the successful development of this Start-Up, this job is just for you.
- Manage B2B sales aspects of newly expanding operation in-country;
- Perform extensive market research, identify and attract new potential customers and new opportunities;
- Recruit and manage sales team;
- Monitor and analyze sales team performance metrics and suggest improvements;
- Implement monthly sales goals;
- Develop and implement effective sales processes;
- Assist sales personnel in their techniques;
- Execute B2B SaaS sales strategy.
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales;
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and stakeholder management in both written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience introducing new product to market;
- Experience working with car parts or car wrecking;
- Successful track record of sales experience (2+ years);
- Interest in cars and know the difference between the generator and starter;
- Fluent communication in Polish and English;
- Good knowledge of Russian language is an advantage.
