Your new company
On behalf of our Client, an international company, we are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representative with German for its office in Bad Homburg (Germany). 

Your new role
The Customer Service Representative will work as a customer support for the company’s client and will be responsible for providing excellent information service via such channels of communication as email or chat. You will be responsible for a close contact between the branch and the call center: controlling the quality of work of the helpdesk, supporting consultants in their tasks, escalating issues from the call center to the branch. The future employee would be also responsible for contacting IT support and monitoring their work as well as running seasonal trainings about products for the customer service staff.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, the candidate needs to be fluent in German and communicative with English and preferably have a previous call center experience. Also, working on this position you requires high interpersonal and communication skills, lots of enthusiasm as well as ability to learn fast.
