Daily activities
You will be responsible to deploy various IT connectivity solution between Nokia and our Customer. That includes connectivity between most known Cloud providers. You will create and review design and solution specifications and support from pre-sales till support phase. Your scope of work will include daily cooperation with project- and product managers, architects, as well as our customers.
We work with:
- Understand and follow Nokia`s deployment processes and standards
- Support Acceptance test and assist the support team if required
- Attend trainings related to company`s deployment procedures and standards
- Analyze and troubleshoot deployment issues in a timely manner
- Update all activities on company tracking system
- Ensure proper customer acceptance and handover to Support group
- Assist in deployment risk assessment and mitigation activities
- Assist in new system development and enhancements
- Work with Analysts and Business Users to translate functional specifications into technical designs for implementation and deployment
- Analyze and recommend improvements to processes a deployment system
- Collaborate with project managers and prepare designs for project risk analysis on same
- Work with IT and QA teams to deploy and troubleshoot the system applications
- Troubleshoot any issue that may come up related to deployment operations and end-user support
- Provide support for all connectivity solutions under scope and perform related troubleshooting
- Update all activities on company tracking system
- Assist all Key User in complex cases and provide training on the job
- Perform troubleshooting on all components and applications under scope and recommend resolutions to ensure improve customer services
- Provide problem-solving expertise including RCAs and EDAs
- Work with Analysts and Business Users to translate functional specifications into technical designs for implementation and deployment
- Develop quality standards to ensure product quality and integrity across various hardware systems
- Ensure deployment is executed in accordance with Nokia security standards
- Evaluate existing deployment procedures and recommend improvements
- Recommend process improvements to ensure system scalability and reliability
