Currently for our Client one of the biggest Polish technological successes of recent years, innovation 3D printers production company we are looking for experienced candidates for Production Director in China (Dongguan) position.
Production Director will be responsible for achieving the companies production, profitability and safety goals, preparation of summaries and analysis needed to develop a production plan, supervise the implementation and execution of plans. Moreover Production Director will be also responsible for short and long term production planning, analysis and reports and close cooperation with all key departments in Polish division.
The ideal candidate should have higher education preferred economics or production management , at least 10 years of managerial experience. Candidate must have analytical skills, knowledge of planning and risk assessment and is open and innovation, with a flexible approach to business. The role requires fluency in English and knowledge of Chinese. Knowledge of Chinese culture and experience in working with Chinese partners is a must. Production Director must be also an excellent proven leader and good problem solver.
