In this program, you’ll gain in-depth insights into the world of eCommerce with opportunities to gain experience in analytics, strategy and marketing.
- Dive into the digital world and learn about effectively marketing to the online consumer.
- Understand how to develop ideas that directly increase sales and raise product and brand awareness in a growing eCommerce space.
- Take your experience further by exploring other spheres which will continue to drive e-business and Stanley Black & Decker brand awareness.
- Alongside the opportunities for hands-on learning, as one of the sixteen participants to be selected for the Program, you will have opportunities to connect with & learn from Subject Matter Experts, Peers & Leaders across the business, participate in training & collaboration projects, and receive continuous guidance for your career development.

- Graduated from a bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months.
