Global Customer Support– Customer Project Engineer

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Global Customer Support – CCS Customer Project Engineer. The objective of the position is to give technical solutions for customer specific projects. The main purpose of Global Customer Support team is to handle more complex and time consuming customer projects together with the customers, create relationship with the customer and understand what they need.
Tasks:
- Design a reliable and competitive LV motors based on customer specification;
- Develop documentation what is needed in an offer phase and solve a technical issues in assigned area of responsibility;
- Provide support on technical customer meetings and act professional in front of customer;
- Provide cost information and special delivery times of special design motors together with sales;
- Create network for production units purchasing and cost responsible personnel.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above. Electrical (or Mechanical) Engineering;
- Professional experience in similar area;
- Good understanding of construction and theory of induction motors;
- Good engineering tools skills;
- Good time management;
- Good communication skills;
- Good English (oral and written).
