Strategic Sourcing Manager

ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
- Find and develop the right suppliers by supporting Business units in Poland and Lithuania
- Direct cooperation with clients to support transfer to business units, - establishing local sourcing Eastern Europe. Find relevant supplier transferring products to Poland and Lithuania
- Scouting and searching for new opportunities on materials and supplier capabilities
- Find the right suppliers for wooden frames, wooden components, foam, metal parts and other parts and components
- Implement new suppliers in cooperation with local business unit
- Support the development of making company a real “one stop shopping” for customers transferring production to our factories
- Support the quotation of new projects for clients with the right prices for components/materials
- Negotiate prices and other conditions
- Cost out on products
- Optimization of the full value chain
- Continuous price bench marks
- Make sure that we are following our CSR policies, including ISO, FSC
WYMAGANIA:
- Technical or business orientated background
- English speaking and writing
- Background from the furniture industry
- Well established network of supplier network
- Technical and commercial experience from furniture industry – preferably the upholstery industry
- International background and thinking
- Commercial and technical mindset
