Radio FrequencySoftware department is looking for motivated and self-organized professionals for the position of Fault Coordinator. We are a part of Nokia Radio Frequency and Advanced Antennas organization. RF Software is responsible for specifying, designing, implementing, testing and maintaining radio products’ software for various radio access technologies, including GSM, WCDMA, LTE and 5G. We are divided into self-organizing teams, working in Agile environment. Our products are developed mainly in C++ and C on several software architecture layers, including those close to hardware, as well as on higher levels of abstraction. We are also responsible for our products’ integration throughout the whole product life cycle, which is performed in the automated Continuous Integration environment.

Fault Coordinator is mainly responsible for:

Resolving BTS level network problems throughout collection, identification and analysis of system troubleshooting data

Building comprehensive faults analysis from involved parties for coordination, root cause analysis and fault preventive activities.

Verification of network subsystems against standards and performance requirements.

Active participation in process creation for the department ensuring effectiveness of maintenance activities

Quality and reliability assurance in cooperation with other BTS teams

Cooperation with Testing Engineers in relation to symptoms collection and correction verification

Planning, control and leading internal improvementproject through its phases, manages tradeoffs, risks, problems etc. and makes decisions within limits of authority

BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science,Telecommunications, Software Engineering or similar

Understanding of Mobile Networks

Strong communication and team working skills, ability to cooperate in various situations in multicultural environment
