For our client, international and prestigious organization, we are currently looking for experienced candidates for the position of Finance Manager.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing continuous organisation development, working closely with team leaders to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their teams and managing and supporting change activity to ensure robust processes and controls are in place to minimize a risk. Moreover you will ensure that financial data are accurate and complete according to standards and manage and develop high performing teams. Apart from that you will participate in strategy setting and decision making process.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate should have master degree in Finance, Economics or other relevant subject, at least ten years of experience in accounting incl. 5 years of experience in people management. We are looking for person with excellent problem solving skills i.a. analytical skills, leadership skills such as ability to motivate team members and defending high level of team’s effectiveness. Moreover, project management experience and ability to transfer knowledge and ensure learning are required. Fluency in English is a must.
