Job description:
- Providing the phone and e-mail support for the foreign languages speaking users,
- To troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents and system training,
- To escalate incidents to the relevant line technical teams,
- To provide a high level of customer service to clients at all times,
- To have a sound knowledge of all products and services, understanding their use and functionality,
- To work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German language (written and spoken)
- Good English language skills
- Windows, MS Office Suite
- Good manners and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent ability to communicate;
- Knowledge of computer hardware and IT communications will be an asset!
