Our client is international company which specializes in feasibility studies, technical consulting, full engineering and project management services and EPCM - engineering, procurement, and construction management in chemical and petrochemical business.
The Head of Poland will lead and drive the business in Poland and will take responsibility for leading the entire project development and delivery cycle from sales to successful project delivery with full P&L responsibility. Head of Poland is responsible for short-, mid- and long-term market and sales planning, creating and strengthening client network in chemicals and petrochemicals sectors and developing long-term high level client contacts. He manages internal resources to deliver the best outcome on all projects and is also involved in technical engineering competences such as proposal and project reviews and approvals, contract reviews and design reviews .
Ideal candidate for this role has MSc in engineering (ideally plant engineering related like process, mechanical, E&I) and minimum 12 years of experience in engineering and contracting in industrial sector in Poland. Candidate should have experience in leading large engineering departments (min 50 employees) or complex project organizations in power, oil&gas or chemical sector. Candidate should have project management experience and proven P&L experience. Additionally candidate has to speak English and Polish fluently and some international experience outside Poland.
