Inviting applications for the role of the HR Intern
Responsibilities:
- Supporting HR team in current projects
- Coordinating the onboarding agenda in order to ensure a great onboarding experience to the employees
- First point of contact for New Joiners
- Answering to employees’ questions about available benefit system
- Cooperating with other teams in order to answer New Joiners needs
- Organizing the onboarding meetings
- Creating and implementing an integration agenda for employees
- Initiating the first engagement activities for New Joiners
- Creating and extending the internal network
- Organizing the integration initiatives for employees
- Building identification with company
- Engagement in Employer Branding agenda
- Undertake the EB initiatives at the University
- Support the cooperation with Universities
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- English level min. B2
- Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Open mind, can-do attitude
- Creativity in finding solutions
