Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Direct contact with partners across Germany (network operations companies);
- Coordination, development and negotiations of contracts;
- Escalation of incoming issues to the Management;
- Implementation and optimization of processes in partner environment;
- Maintenance of location database and management of access for partners;
- Management of orders (i.e. cables for each OSS groups);
- Administrative support.
Requirements:
- Fluent German;
- Good English;
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure environments;
- Good understanding of ITIL processes;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
- Organizational skills.
