IT Product Portfolio Manager

Job Description
- Define and implement improved processes to control the product portfolio, and ensure product catalogue data is maintained by the Product Managers. Build the plan for the integration of the catalogue tooling with other Service Management capabilities in Service Now and drive the execution of this plan.
- Work with IT Finance to define improved product pricing processes and improve understanding of the components of product cost.
- Work with Product Managers to set the internal prices for all products in the catalogue. Ensure that the components of cost are clear and understood by Product Managers, and that the pricing process and deliverables are clear and understood.
- Oversee the monthly production of product consumption data files (RVRs) that flow into the internal IT Charging processes.
- Represent the team and drive our requirements into Costing & Charging governance and IT Charging tools programs.
- Support the Head of Product Management Services in the execution of other activities that improve Product Management working practices
- Bachelor's degree in a computer science
- Minimum 5 years experience in implementing IT Product Management processes & standards
- Solid understanding of the components and build up of IT Product Cost
- Experience of IT product price setting processes based on cost and consumption
- Experience implementing IT Service Catalogue and associated governance processes
- Fluent English, written and spoken (German a plus)
- Excellent attention to detail, highly organized and well versed in problem solving
- Negotiation and influencing skills that motivate others to deliver and get the job done
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office applications, especially SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to relocate to Wroclaw
