Responsibility:
- Planning the demand for specialists and technologies
- Active support for internal customers in defining new products and functional changes for existing ones
- Developing and maintaining an IT work schedule
- Coordination of work of IT teams and suppliers
- Creating conditions for effective work of the IT project team
- Ensuring the efficient flow of information necessary to carry out tasks
- Cooperation with other group units as part of carrying out project works
