IT Service Manager
Miejsce pracy: Gdynia/Remote
Responsibilities:
- Ensure clear communication about env status,
- Act as a primary contact for all customer queries and issues,
- Ensure proper execution of service requests relevant to environments,
- Ensure detailed investigation & diagnosis of incidents & service requests,
- Perform root cause analysis of infrastructure problems and develop resolution plans,
- Maintain all documentations for deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and problem resolution activities,
- Produce management information including KPIs and reports,
- Ensure clear communication, knowledge sharing & training,
- Mentor and direct team members for timely completion of assigned projects,
- Work with different Development/Test teams to ensure plans are optimized within timelines,
- Oversee infrastructure upgrades, modifications and deployments.
Other skills:
- Project Management,
- IT development, test and operations experience,
- ITIL Foundation,
- Understanding of incident, change and release management processes,
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence,
- Professional English level written and spoken,
- Strong relationship management skills.
