Your new company
This globally recognised company located in Kraków is a fast growing organisation with stable employment conditions. They are currently building a new department and they have job vacancies for new Junior Specialists.

Your new role
Working on this position you will monitor dunning processes which include partly preparing and processing serial letters. You will process written inquiries from external recovery agencies, incl. follow-up tasks to clear accounts/ transactions and notification of account changes to the agencies. You will review, follow-up and adapt of delinquent instalment plans. You will also answer incoming customer inquiries in verbal and/or written form.

What you'll need to succeed
You speak very good English (min. C1). You possess good knowledge of Excel and Word. Your experience in working in customer finance, accounts receivable or collections will be beneficial, but is not crucial, as process training will be provided. Your excellent written communication skills and understanding of dunning and collection processes will lead to your success.
