For our Client, a production company with Shared Service Centre in Łódź, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT WITH FRENCH

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT will help Talent Management Team in delivering Learning & Development, Talent & Succession and Performance Management activities. Main responsibilities will include consolidating EMEA's learning requirements through SSC, monitoring process implementation, responding to L&D / talent queries from managers and learners, updating the learning curriculum, supporting delivery for specific courses, managing SoW/design briefs and evaluations, performing first level consistency checks / data cleanses on talent review data, and providing a talent review agenda to Business.

We are looking for a person with a University Degree (preferably in HR/Business or related), who has previous experience in supporting talent management processes in a multinational environment, knows and understands the L&D cycle, external tender processes and is familiar with HR systems (SAP knowledge an advantage), has Customer and Vendor Relationship Management capabilities, as well as analytical skills to explore and interpret data, work with metrics, produce KPI’s and provide insight to stakeholders. Fluent French is also mandatory.
