Our team is looking for talented Customer Support Working Students to join our technical team and build the outstanding customer support. You will be joining other extremely-passionate engineers that share a common interest in UNIX/Linux, cloud systems, virtualizations and solving problems with software and data. You will solve complex data and systems problems using the best technologies available. The challenges you will face, include support of various Nokia OSS products during developing, maintaining and testing. Basic knowledge of Telecommunication Technologies (GSM, UMTS, LTE, practical understanding of TCP/IP and transport network)
