As part of the implementation of its IT strategy, our client is migrating its existing core
banking process (host system iSeries AS400) to Murex (version 4), as "front-toback" standard
software for capital market business.
So far, the derivatives business, the money business, the
Promissory note loan business (active) and the limit system migrated from the iSeries to Murex. Once these
migrations have been successfully completed, further product migrations for securities and issues are
planned. The bank implements these topics with a team consisting of internal and external specialists.
Project management of various projects in the project portfolio
Planning, controlling and reporting in relation to budget, deadlines, quality with the
involvement of the PMO
Determination of resource requirements, resource planning, resource control and tracking
Ongoing validation of work progress and initiation of preventive measures or countermeasures to
secure deadlines and results
Active risk management and implementation of escalations in the event of delayed deadlines,
resource bottlenecks, quality deficits, etc.
Control of the project team
Communication and coordination of common tasks with the company Murex SAS
Communication of project results and status to the management of the bank Close
coordination with the project management team of the bank
- Project management experience of several projects in the risk controlling and capital market environment with a size of several hundred person days Experience in multi-project, program and project portfolio management Management experience (social skills, conflict management, control,
coaching) Knowledge and application experience of different project management methods
Standard market certification in project management (e.g. PMI, IPMA , PRINCE2) In-depth
knowledge of the money and capital markets (products and processes) Communication with the project team and with Murex SAS in English
Comprehensive experience and knowledge of securities processing, custody account accounting and depository administration (OTC business with bearer bonds)

Very good analytical and conceptual skills, strong communication
