For one of our clients, who operates across Europe, Asia and in the U.S. with connections into over 200 cities globally we are looking for a Personal Assistant in Sibiu.

Location: Sibiu, Romania

Personal Assistant provides support to larger, specialist groups and more senior individuals. They take care of a wide range of secretarial/PA support such as arranging meetings, dealing with telephone enquiries, taking minutes and preparing correspondence. PA will actively manage the time and resources of the VPs and provides efficient administrative support to assigned teams and areas of the organization.

Ideal candidate communicates sincerely, transparently, honestly and with integrity and encourages 2-way discussion in all situations. Is able to present own ideas in a concise, logical manner using relevant facts and rationales, sound evidence and persuasive arguments. We are keen to find someone who has the adaptability to understand, meet and exceed specific customer requirements.

We would like to work with someone who defines clear (SMART) goals/objectives and performance expectations for the project, task or team - the 'what and why'; sets goals/objectives for him/herself that are over and above those expected; manages small projects and allocates resources effectively and takes ownership and stays focused.
