Process Owner/Manager (Configuration Management)

Your new company
On behalf of our Client, a finish company that provides financial process automation, we are looking for Candidates for the position of Process Owner/Manager (Configuration Management).

Your new role
You will be mainly responsible for setting the scope of the Configuration Management process, subprocesses, function, the items that are to be controlled, and the information that is to be recorded. Your daily tasks will include also development and implementation Configuration Management standards, Configuration Management Plan and procedures. Moreover, continuous improvement of the process, providing related support solutions, organizing process training and other actions to ensure process adherence in the company.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should have an experience in service asset and configuration management process, development and continuous improvement of processes, Lean methodologies and ITIL and ITSM processes. You should be able to work and take decisions independently under own responsibility. Fluent English language, both written and spoken is also required.
