Production Engineering Support Specialist
As a result of dynamic growth of our company we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Production Engineer. The person on the position will be responsible for supporting production assembly line in maintaining proper technological processes as well as ensuring continuity of production processes in LV motor production facility. Main area of responsibility will be maintaining proper instructions and methods for assembly processes in order to maximize effectiveness and keeping high level of quality.

- Review bill of material for products related to the assembly line and maintain proper master data;
- Manage upgrades and support proper functioning of the machinery;
- Providing technical support in the programming of machines and optimization of working machines;
- Standardization and validation of manufacturing processes;
- Coordination of new technologies and supply of equipment;
- Cooperation with customers and suppliers;
- Close cooperation with the maintenance department;
- Creating and maintaining work instructions for responsible areas;
- Solving quality, productivity and other problems occurring during production processes.
- Higher technical education in the area of engineering, preferably on the present faculties: production and engineering management, mechatronics, robotics, automation, electrical or mechanical;
- At least 3 years of experience in working with large production environment, production engineering department or position related to production improvement;
- Ability to read technical drawings;
- Excellent knowledge of principles of 5S and Keizen Lean Philosophy;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel;
- Ability to work in a team and excellent organization of own work;
- High determination and willingness to reach set goals.
