Program Manager

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring E2E processes and other project elements will be integrated seamless across all functional workstreams, systems, projects, organizations and between business and IT
- Driving decision making and forcing integrative topics to be resolved across different areas
- Actively managing , monitoring and reporting on the identification, impact, dependencies, risks and resolution and implementation status of business integration issues and owns resolution of cross-workstream issues;
- Supporting Program PMO in project planning and project tasks as needed with special focus on cross-functional interdependencies
- Providing guidance to functional integration managers (e.g. finance, PT)
- Ensuring the cross-functional design decisions are following the defined governance processes;
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects of local/global scope, in international environments
- Good knowledge of project management methods (PMP or Prince2 practicioner certification), knowledge of agile methodologies (Agile: Scrum, Kanban)
- Knowledge of good practices on IT service delivery market, such as ITIL
- Knowledge of HPSM/SNOW and Jira tools
- Basic knowledge of ITIL and Release Management process
- Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions
- Readiness to travel depending on project/service needs
- Minimum 7 years of experience in work related to software development.
- MA/Eng. in Information Technology or Business or relevant experienc
