For one of our clients we are looking for Project Manager Global Human Resources in Singapore.

As a part of the Global Human Resources (GHR) organisation, the Project Manager will be responsible for delivering key Global HR change initiatives to International geographies across 12+ countries in APAC, Integration into projects managed out of the USA.

The Project Manager will liaise between business, technology and functional support partners in delivering HR capabilities & services. Projects span across the spectrum of HR Services – Payroll, Staffing, Timekeeping, Benefits, and Shared Services and tend to involve technology platform deployments as part of the scope.

Project manager will be responsible for projects which have scope related to LOB products, processes, or functions. Some projects may also have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications. Plans, organises, monitors and controls projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion.
The will be an opportunity to develop and socialise potential risk mitigation strategies and develop and own a project delivery plan including risk management strategy and inter-dependencies with other concurrent initiatives.

Ideal candidate will present strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines; Solid project management support experience. They must be able to translate business plans/policies into specific goals, tactics and action plans. Proven quantitative capabilities to measure a business model and determine best future state.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills are a must as well as experience with stakeholder management. Strong business and financial acumen including line of business subject matter knowledge
