R Developer
R developer with Spotfire skills or willingness to learn wanted! :)
The project deals with the analysis of large sets of medical data integrated from various sources. The final result is the visualization of the data in the form of dashboards supplemented with UX functions that facilitate users' usage and further analysis.
Part time: 0,5 FTE
Salary: up to 119 PLN net + VAT/h
Place: 100% remote
Requirements:
- Proficiency in R programming including documented experience with package development according to best practices
- Experience with R packages commonly used for data munging and visualisation (dplyr, ggplot2, plotly, shiny, etc.)
- Familiarity with Unix command line (advanced bash scripting skills would be a plus)
- Familiarity with (general) good programming practices: unit testing, technical documentation, code encapsulation
- An initiative in designing solutions
- Ability to estimate, plan and deliver tasks according to schedules
- Ability and willingness to work in a remote, international team
- English at least at B2
Nice to have:
- Experience (or willingness to learn) as developer and knowledge of Spotfire (include custom expression); BI and/or analytical dashboards; UX best practices
- Experience with Docker, Jira
