RPA IT Project Manager

We are currently looking for RPA IT Project Manager to support expanding of the RPA solution and the management of scope, schedule, and budget of various use cases and projects.

100% remote job

Salary depends on experience: 720 to 830 PLN net + VAT / day / B2B

• Enable the project management discipline within the RPA Factory with pragmatic/results-oriented approach in finding solutions (focus on the results/output)
• Work closely with the IT Program and Operations Manager in the management of schedule, budget, and scope of projects, releases, and enhancements
• Drive the initiation and creation of project plans/roadmaps and translating them into tactical solutions by using appropriate project management techniques
• Manage, gather, document, and communicate relevant project data for the use of stakeholders (core management team, project teams, etc)
• Manage and monitor stakeholder expectations
• Lead the identification, prioritization, management, monitoring, and resolution of project risks and apply preventive and corrective actions whenever appropriate

• Over 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in Software Delivery
• Over 5 years of experience working in the IT field
• Experience working with cross-functional, geographically-dispersed teams
• Robust knowledge of Project Management Principles, Process Groups (Initiation, Planning, Executing, Monitoring / Controlling, Closing), and Knowledge Areas
• Strong background in Waterfall Project Management complemented with understanding of emerging frameworks such as Agile Scrum, Kanban
• Competencies in project management, office, and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Google Suite, JIRA, ServiceNow, among others.
• Excellent oral and written communication in english, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.)
• Good to have: Background in Software Automation Solutions, Computer System Validation (CSV)
