Project Description:

Early stages of the Client's next Software Platform evolution development for new Fully Networked Vehicle (FNV) Electrical Architecture. Project is focused on creation of the modern Software Defined Vehicle digital infrastructure. Target Software Platform will operate in variety of the environments and is critical to:

Expand the use of industry adopted APIs

Support high velocity application development

Enable next generation vehicle applications

Luxoft will focus on providing core parts for Automotive Middleware around AUTOSAR (Classic and Adaptive) including: networking, configuration, security, diagnostics, etc. Additionally Luxoft will participate in development of components for virtual environment. This virtual environment will provide support of the CI activities including: automated builds, virtual ECUs/Machines and automated testing support.

Project management maturity must reach ASPICE level 3. It requires establishing of the transparent project execution monitoring and control. Each participant will be responsible for providing evidences of systematic and significant achievement of the defined process attributes.

In this position you will be responsible for helping the FNV work streamlining, shaping the vision of the architecture and designs, assist in development and software verification process.

Responsibilities

As a Scrum Master you will be part of a larger project team that embraces the mindset of agile development and takes responsibility for the end-product being developed. This larger project team believes in a work climate that value people and encourages innovation, collaboration, and professionalism.

You will be focusing on facilitating and coordinating the development work within a development team and make sure the team maintains a high-quality workflow and strives towards continuous improvement in their everyday work. You will also be contributing to the continuous improvement of the agile way of working within the team.

Identifies and solves problems which requires analysis by adopting existing procedures, techniques, and methods. Actively contributes to improvements and changes. Takes responsibility for their actions, their delivery and encourages others to do the same. Has a good understanding of the group's joint tasks. Seen as a person who takes full responsibility and someone who colleagues can trust. Works independently but is a team player.

  • Organizes the development teams and all regular meetings
  • Conducts/lead SCRUM ceremonies and removes impediments where possible
  • Execution and moderation of Agile ceremonies in the context of Scrum (e.g. Planning, Review, Retro, Daily)
  • Coaching of employees and stakeholders regarding Scrum and Agile methods
  • Reporting of project status and progress to the PO and other stakeholders (velocity, burn-down,..)
