Salary: 800-880 PLN net + VAT/ day, B2B

• Lead and coordinate the Squad responsibilities to manage full end to end ecosystem demand
• Leads and oversees the squad responsibilities and efforts in the areas listed in the squad description above
• Oversees end to end demand management team workflows, processes, and related tools in place to support demand management (e.g., Jira governance enablement, compliance adherence to process, process refinement and enhancement)
• Develop understanding of ecosystem technical relationships and connections to better address and identify demand requests that would result in overall enhanced system capabilities that meet user needs
• Act as the primary business and technical contact for other teams working on system upgrades and changes (e.g., the UX/AL, product development team members, deployment teams, release management team, testing team)
• Develop strategic partnerships with technology partners, stakeholders, and other team members to confirm that pull through demand requests is successful
• Ensure pull through of prioritisation criteria of demand requests when triaging and assessing demand intake for the ecosystem
• Identify opportunities for improvement across teams, with an eye towards the long term strategy to drive ecosystem evolution and enhance demand intake and upgrade of ecosystem

• 5+ years of experience as a product business analyst or manager
• Deep understanding of business-led technology-driven, complex, and large scale commercial ecosystems
• Understands full information delivery capabilities, needs and related operations processes and can identify patterns and trends in data and has all-round expertise to service / demand requests
• Ability to lead cross-product projects or initiatives with strong communication skills and ability to effectively facilitate
• Able to liaise with senior leadership (e.g. adoption leads, change champions) across various affiliates with a proven track record of consistently meeting goals and driving results
• Able to oversee, manage and mobilize, decentralized networks across multiple teams (in this case, multiple product teams)
