Your new company
This is a very large MNC Manufacturing Organization within the Steel manufacturing industry with extensive market share across the globe. It's location will be based in Melaka, and offering an extensive and international management training program for this position. With continuous growth envisioned for the company, an experienced process engineer is needed to join the program to be the future of this company.

Your new role
You will be designing, controlling and improving tooling of the plants, while ensuring ESH compliance of materials and work methods. Analyzing product specifications and processes, supporting the development of recommendations of changes to working methods for cost & risk reduction. Successor will also be liaising with R&D department for new products development and processes. Troubleshooting or the processes and products during daily production.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have 4-5 years of experiences and you will be expected to possess a global mindset and willing to take up challenges. Strong communication skills and the ability to visualize for future development and improvement is essential for this program.
