Service Delivery Manager with German

Service Delivery Manager:
- Ensures that service delivery meets agreed service levels
- Reports service results, drives improvement actions
- Builds community channels within Account and Delivery organization
- Builds Quality and Governance of Client Delivery
- Diagnoses service delivery problems and initiates actions to maintain or improve levels of service
- Establishes and maintains operational methods, procedures and facilities in assigned area of responsibility and reviews them regularly for effectiveness and efficiency
- Balancing factory resources for projects and steady state support activities
Job Requirements:
- Should have at least 5 years’ experience in Service Delivery area
- Experience of working in international environment. either or abroad or in Poland,
- Strong customer orientation
- Proactive attitude
- Very good leadership skills
- Msc. university degree preferred in computer science
- Technical background would be an advantage
- German spoken/written at least at B2 level
- English spoken/written B2 level would be an advantage.
- Project Management experience would be an advantage, especially in Service Transition area
- Open and clear communication skills
- ITIL Certification
- Ability to travel abroad would be an advantage
