Your new company
On behalf of our Client, a global SSC established in Cluj-Napoca, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Service Desk Specialist with German.
Your new role
Objective is to provide first level support and troubleshooting for It Users across Europe. Restoring IT services as quick as possible in case of IT or equipment malfunction to minimise adverse impact on the organisation. Request fulfilment and user support for an international organisation
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have a similar previous experience of at least 3 years. Very good communication skills in English and German are a must.
Regarding the technical skills, we are looking for candidates with good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (minimum Windows 7), Microsoft Office 2010 and newer and all relevant IT-infrastructure issues. Additional basic Network, Active Directory and ITIL knowledge is a plus.
Also, we will be looking for candidates with strong communication skills.
