Service Engineer

Due to the development of our plants, we are looking for candidates for the position of Service Specialist. The person employed in this position will be responsible for performing service work in the field of low and medium voltage drives and traction devices installed in Poland and the supported region.
Tasks:
- Making a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of inverters;
- Troubleshooting and configuring equipment to customers;
- Commissioning and programming newly installed inverters directly at customers;
- Carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance;
- Cooperation in improving service products and constantly expanding knowledge in the field of serviced devices;
- Technical support of Sales Service Specialists.
Key requirements:
- University degree (preferred technical, engineering, electrical);
- Experience in work on the similar position;
- Experience in conduct conversations with the client;
- Good knowledge of English allows for free communication in an international environment;
- Working knowledge of MS Office package;
- Independence, responsibility and punctuality of performed tasks;
- Ability to work in a team and the excellent organization of their own work;
- Willingness to frequent business trips;
- Driving license.
