Your new role
Holding responsibility for management of materials availability to support build plans throughout the product life cycle for a specific business unit or customer set, while provides leadership in designing the supplier portion of the materials supply chain to provide optimum flexibility with minimum investment.
Simultaneously, you’ll be involved in managing the process to identify and develop suppliers to meet current and future business needs, aiming at reducing material cost and assess/respond to supply risks.  Other responsibilities include management of purchasing contracts and agreements, development of delivery requirements, material plans and short-range capacity plans, negotiation with carriers to support domestic and international air, rail and ocean transport. You will act also as customer interface, maintaining relationships with key customers, suppliers, etc.

What you'll need to succeed
Strong knowledge and understanding of global supply chain management, distribution methods, and global transportation services and inventory management.
A minimum of 10 years experience in a similar position, fluency in English,  as well as strong knowledge in all areas of import / export, regulatory and logistics management, together with excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills are necessary to be successful in this position.
