Skills Required:
- 24x7 technical support
- assessing issues and provide solutions for problems
- keep an eye on the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications.
- Inform customers about incident progress and notify them about updates for Service Requests.
- Experience in Office 365
- Experienced in a Service Desk environment
- Ability cope with constantly changing flow of traffic, remain productive during passive periods as well as stay focused while handling stressful situations.
- Good communication skills
- Expert use of MS Office Suite
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Speak any of those languages: German/Slovak/French/Dutch
- Fluent English
