Test Manager

Mobica is currently looking for candidates for the position of Test Manager to work in our office in Lodz.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of testing tools (e.g. Bugzilla, JIRA, QC);
- Experience working with off-shore teams;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Test leading experience, proven management, supervisory or leadership background;
- Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly;
- Ability to produce professional documentation;
- Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
- Advanced English skills for fluent verbal and written communication;
- Willingness to travel abroad;
- IT, Telecommunications or similar background;
- ISTQB certificate (advanced level would be a plus).
