For our Client – international, prestigious organization we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Transition Manager.

Primary responsibilities include: preparation for and execution of projects aimed at financial processes transition to Shared Service Center (SSC) - in line with the agreed methodology, program assumptions and deliverables. Leading documentation efforts as a preparation for transition projects execution and ensuring strong governance of the transition projects with solid progress monitoring. Providing on- and off-site support during transition – interfacing between program team, local business and SSC teams. Supporting & facilitating handover of processes to Financial Shared Service (FSS). Maintaining neutrality in issue resolution while identifying optimal solutions & mitigating risks

The ideal candidate for this role should have Degree in Finance and Accounting or similar. Additional accounting education will be highly valued. Moreover good knowledge of office pack is required (Excel, Word, Power point). A suitable candidate will have preferably previous documented experience with transition projects in finance function & worked for at least 2 years on a similar position in BPO/SCC sector. Proficient knowledge of English is a must. We are looking for detail-oriented people with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Navision ERP system and finance workflow systems will be an advantage
