The job of an UI/UX Designer is to envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired and refined, based on user and domain research. In this role, you'll tackle complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs. Achieving this goal requires collaboration with teams of Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineers and other UI/UX Designers throughout the design process—from research plan definition, synthesis and modeling through scenarios and personas reflected in wireframes and building user interface mockups and prototypes. At each stage, you will anticipate what our users need, advocate for them and ensure that the final product meet the user needs, validated by research.
- becoming the "voice of the user" through primary and secondary research
- synthesizing research findings into user personas and design recommendations
- creating wireframes, user flows, site maps and presentations that are both polished and clear in communication style
- sketching/prototyping design artifacts that will guide project teams through your problem solving, vision and logic
- slearly articulating design concepts and users insights to project stakeholders
- experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
- knowledge and practical experience of applying usability heuristics and ISO standards
- designing and conducting usability tests
- strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- solid understanding of cognitive psychology

- experience in SW development methodologies (Agile, SCRUM)
