UX/UI Designer / Researcher
We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer/Researcher to organize & coordinate UX team work and support the development of the front-end application for our Client from the medical industry. This is a great opportunity to join an international team working 100% remotely.
About the role:
- Collaboration in defining requirements with the (local) Requirements Team and with project Bioinformaticians, conducting usability interviews with users
- Close collaboration with Business Analysts and UI developers (located in PL) and with the project lead (located in US)
Requirements:
- Strong soft-skills, including excellent communication with other team members (Slack, GoogleMeet, email communication)
- Proactive approach, leading and organizing online meetings (GoogleMeet)
- English on B2/C1 level
- Familiarity with Axure for UI prototyping
- Ability to prepare scenarios, candidates’ selection, carrying out interviews and remote tests, preparing end reports
- Ability to conduct In-depth interviews (IDIs), surveys, usability testing and usability evaluation methiods
- Basic knowledge of UCD process and HCI issues
- Basic knowledge of UX metrics (e.g.SUS)
- Good practical knowledge of Google Analytics and similar analytical tools
- Good understanding of the strengths and weakness of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase
- Good practical knowledge of tools supporting remote interviews with the users
- Comfort with agile approach and a lean design process
- Good practical knowledge of quantitative methods in UX research / UX metrics / planning research activities within budget, timeline and project requirements
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with other prototyping tools (Adobe Xd and/or Sketch)
- Experience with scientific (bio) data visualization
