Our client is a is an American multinational medical devices and pharmaceutical, whose goal is to provide services in a highly cost-effective and compliant manner, leveraging our resources in a cross-sector environment.
Your new role
Within the new role you will be responsible for supporting tactical stakeholder Ad-Hoc requests as assigned by the Regional Analytics Lead. Specifically, assembles, cleans, manages and provides analytics for procurement datasets in order to enable the derivation of data based insights. What is more you would improve data collection, distribution and visualization processes in order to enhance the quality of reporting capabilities. Your new role involves sustaining Performance and analytical efforts as required in order to ensure the timely delivery of Performance and Analytics Service offerings. This includes the delivery of existing metrics such as global/regional spend, Diverse Spend, Savings, Supplier Enabled Innovation, Shaping the Supply Base (supplier optimization) as well as the delivery regionally relevant published Dashboards.
What you’ll need to succeed
Degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or similar is a must. You should also have proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills (advance use of Microsoft Excel). Our client also excellent verbal and written communication skills in the native regional (EMEA) language and proficient in English (written and spoken). Previous experience in the use of analytical tools such as data management/query (ex. SQL, etc.), statistical modeling (ex. SAS, SPSS, etc.), advanced visualization software (Tableau, Qlik, Cognos Alteryx, etc.) as well as knowledge of Procurement, J&J systems and P2P processes (ex. ARIBA Buyer, ARIBA Spend Management, VIEWS, VISION, eICD, SAP/Lynx, Cognos & other ERP systems) will be highly beneficial.
