Baker - Full Time, Permanent / €25-27K DOE / Relocation Package Included
We are seeking an experienced Bakers with at least one year of previous experience in a bakery to work in fast paced and high-volume setting. Our Clients are an established and well known Irish owned Grocery Retailers all over Ireland.

Main duties will include:
- Baking from the scratch and finish products to the highest standard
- Weighing flour and other ingredients to prepare dough
- Baking different bread types, like pretzels, baguettes and multigrain breads
- Shaping dough to prepare different types of pastries, including croissants, cookies and sweet rolls
- Merchandising and presenting the Bakery Department to the highest standard at all time
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Weekly stocktaking and daily waste procedures in the Bakery
- Maintaining product planning and batch control guidelines for bakery products
- Conducting quality and freshness check
- Maintaining and clean all baking equipment
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- 1+ years’ experience in food preparation and production experience
- Ability to work well and to multi task in a busy environment
- Professional and friendly approach
- Team player and able to work on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible
- Good spoken and written English
- Fully qualified Baker is advantage
- HAACP is preferable
