For our client, international automotive company, we’re currently looking for:

Business Analyst ERP - SAP CO/COPA
Work location: Prague, Czech Republic

Main purpose of the job is supporting the businesses implement and maintain technology solutions in a cost-effective way. The Business Analyst will design and document processes, document business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, validate delivered IT solutions and provide day-to-day support on the good use of these IT solutions to the business community. The Business Analyst will track and analyze business trends and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the operational result of the company.

The Business Analyst is the IT functional expert for a specific functional area of the business and as such is the sole point of contact between the business and Information Technology service providers (internal and external) for that specific functional area. This job comprises a company Group IT role and therefore the span of responsibilities for the described field of application is enterprise-wide. The role reports to the Group IT SAP Competence Centre Manager.


To be successful candidate, you should have: a Master degree or Bachelor with solid track record in a specific functional area (ex. Economics, Supply Chain Management, …); minimum of 5 years proven work experience in an enterprise-level environment preferably in the automotive industry or other high demanding manufacturing industry; experience in designing business process flows and documenting business requirements; detailed hands on experience in the design, configuration and implementation knowledge of the prime SAP Controlling (CO) module (at least 5 years of experience ) supporting your functional area and a general knowledge of related SAP modules; experience with: cost & profit centers in a manufacturing environment, internal orders, product costing, profitability analysis, project controlling, investment management; general knowledge of SAP SD, MM and PS modules as they impact/relate to FI/CO modules; communicating and presenting fluently in English (another language is an asset); experience in MS Office tools (Sharepoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, Visio).
